The events were in São Paulo (9/4) and in Porto Alegre (9/11) for more than 150 participants, including Pmweb customers and partners, as well as CRM and marketing professionals from some of the largest companies in Brazil.

The material brings together the main data and insights relevant to the date, with the aim of disseminating CRM trends to help brands during the Black Friday period, in addition to offering several essencial ideas, informations and benchmarks. The importance of Black Friday in Brazil
