The Forrester Wave report, developed by Forrester, compares products and services among suppliers to help the market make more assertive decisions. In this edition, the document evaluated the database of customers and engagement agencies, evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the eight major suppliers in 32 criteria, focusing on three categories: current supply, strategy and presence in the market.

Wunderman, which has been named numerous times in previous reports, this year scored the highest in the strategy category, in addition to the best results in the current offer criteria and presence in the market.
