Hotels and OTAS | The timeline of a not simple relationship

For the hotel industry, the Online Travel Agencies – OTAs – can be weapons or traps, depending on dose of dependency the commercial relationship between both. For some time, the hotels – having some major networks as pioneering – have been manifested and taken steps to not depend so much on the intermediate and turning against abusive commission fees.
